The objective of the position is to play a leading role in driving Social strategy for the agency across organic and paid channel marketing implementation. This would include Social brand personas, channel/platform plans, content strategy, analytics and intelligence, business optimization, and creative excellence. Critical to the success of this position is the understanding of how Social contributes to brand building and commerce across the customer journey and within the overall brand experience.

Best practice enablement and sharing

Integration of Social into the GOJ offering across clients


  • Social media in marketing, communications planning, paid media in Social, brand understanding,  breadth of marketing understanding.
  • Team player and builder
  • Engaging personality
  • Open to innovation and overall positive mindset
  • Microsoft suite
  • Required years of experience: 8-10
  • Academic requirements: University degree
  • Japanese Language minimum: Conversational
  • English Language minimum: Business fluence
