- Maintain strong relationships with Vendors, Supplier and Third party.
- Manages all paperwork processes for Client service team.
- Preparing PO, contract for Freelancer, Supplier, Vendor.
- Executed administrative duties such as preparing required documents, photocopy and scanning.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- No degree required if you have had from 2 years of experience working in the same position in service company is a plus.
- Set paperwork admin as your career path, not just a transition of self-discovery.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Well-presented with good communication skills, customer oriented and playful characteristic.
