Position Overview

Digital Account Executive (Digital AE) is the day-to-day point of contact within the

agency liaising with clients and managing tasks through the internal system, focusing

on digital work. Digital AE assures a smooth working process internally and nurtures

relationships with clients. With a strong focus on the basics, and Digital AE is

expected to be detailed oriented and diligent in the completion of tasks. Mainly on

project management + producer role, with less emphasis on strategy.


  • Manage projects, deliver them on time as key responsibility
  • Coordination with internal parties, as well as outsourcing 3rd parties in order to facilitate day-to-day projects with client.
  • Ensure that all materials reach markets on time and in the most cost-efficient way.
  • Provide clients and your team with feedback on projects on a daily/’need-to-know' basis.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each process involved in a project and execute on the plan.


  • Basic knowledge of Digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of Digital production
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Project management skill
  • Required behavioral attributes: Positive and Patient, Active learning (not just only digital)
  • Specific tool knowledge: General working software (word/excel/PowerPoint), Nice to have an experience of BI tools
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in either ad agency or production company in Japan. Nice to have 3 - 4 years experience
  • Academic requirements: University graduate or equivalent as minimum requirement.
  • Japanese Language minimum: Native / English Language minimum: Business
