A Designer should have an impressive grasp of visual design behaviour and craftsmanship.
He / she creates the best through-the-line visual design outputs and cascades covering brand identity, ATL, BTL, Digital and Event requirements.
He / she should have a strong sense of collaboration as he/she works with different verticals.
He / she must be able to understand crucial brand standards and requirements to maintain a consistent design aesthetic.
He / she should be able to multitask various projects and brands and still maintain high quality output.
This role is critical for the overall push for better quality work of the entire Agency. It is a pivotal role as we continue to grow and develop our Craft capability.

Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Photo Manipulation Skills, Basic Animation and Editing Skills, Basic Keynote and PowerPoint Skills, Eye for Good Overall Output, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Collaborative, Initiative-Driven, Deadline –Oriented
Great Body of Work – Review of past works and portfolio is a must
