Overview

The Senior Brand Executive position is the day-to-day point of contact within the agency liaising with Clients and pushing tasks through the internal system. This person is in charge to assures a smooth working process internally and facilitates the relationship with the agency’s Clients. With a strong focus on the basics, Senior Brand Executive is expected to have a strong attention to detail, and diligence in following up on tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handles day to day administration of accounts (work flow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking etc) under the direction of Group Account Director and delights Clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work
  • Develops a thorough understanding of his brands
  • Develops a sense of ownership of and passion for all creative work on his assignments
  • Flourishes in the climate of creativity and innovation in the Brand Team
  • Accepts and implements new ways of working that allow the Brand Team to deliver quality work faster and cheaper
  • Works with peers across departments & disciplines to apply best Account Service practice

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor Degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc.
  • Experience in communications or related field, Industry experience preferred
  • Basic writing skills, strong presentation capabilities (media relations skills)
  • An independent worker that works well on a team and can be proactive and a self-starter
  • Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; a quick learner
  • Advanced knowledge of working software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
