Overview

Ogilvy Group Vietnam is looking for an Associate, Paid Social to join our team.

 

As an Associate Paid Social, you will be executing the blueprint of media campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) for our key clients across Asia. You will be set-upping, optimising, and reporting on campaigns that aim at driving the whole range of objectives: brand awareness, engagement, traffic to website, conversion and sales.

Responsibilities

In this challenge, you will take an active role in all aspects of a paid social media ad campaign:

  • Identifying the brand’s issues and determining the correct objective(s) to pursue.
  • Running competitive benchmarks to determine the right expectations of results.
  • Drafting the campaign architecture, looking at the right platforms, formats, placements, …
  • Drafting the media investment recommendation and defining the drivers of performance (KPIs)
  • Executing, optimising and reporting on the campaigns.

 

You will report to and be line managed by a Media Strategist and your responsibilities will be to:

  • Create understandable and complete media plans.
  • Set-up correctly campaigns on different platforms.
  • Keep close track of all the campaign’s performances.
  • Optimise multiple campaigns in parallel on a daily basis.
  • Report on multiple campaigns, in different formats.
  • Be accountable for budget and investment pace of multiple campaigns.
  • Be accountable for the different deliverables and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Easy speaker, comfortable presenting to clients.
  • Organised and autonomous.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Social media enthusiast with an understanding of the wider digital communications landscape.
  • Curious with a “test, learn and optimise” mindset.
  • Left and right brained: demonstrate creativity in data analysis and understanding.

 The experience:

  • No previous experience in paid social campaign management is required, but having any is a plus.
  • Any experience (studies or work) related to data analysis or use of numbers is a plus.

 The skills:

  • Strong analytical skills. Being comfortable with numbers.
  • Transforming complex data sheets into understandable and actionable insights.
  • Multi-tasking. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
