Overview

As the HR Admin Assistant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the full spectrum of HR & Admin duties such as facilitating interviews, administering employment contracts, MOM matters, event management and other administrative support as and when required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain employees' records
  • Leave and medical administration
  • Maintenance of files and records
  • Perform clerical & administrative duties
  • Providing support to full spectrum of HR activities such as recruitment, staff engagement, HR projects etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (in HR field preferred)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Preferably can join immediately or within short notice
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
