Overview

This is a client service leardership role for the newly establised Tokyo operation of The&Partnership.  Account Director will lead and drive the day-to-day business for  a real time marketing service for one of our major clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Successful delivery of projects in a timely manner
  • Day-to-day follow up with client
  • Project lead for agile way of working
  • Manage a team
  • Digital and social marketing in JP and/or Korea
  • Content production

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills to manage a team
  • Data driven performance mindset, understand performance dashboards and implications for optimisation
  • Media understanding
  • Data analytics understanding
  • Experience design understanding
  • Ecommerce understanding
  • CRM and loyalty programs understanding
  • Audience mapping, Persona creation, journey mapping understanding
  • End-to-end consumer thinking o Influencer marketing understanding
  • Microsoft office, Keynote, Project management tools
  • 7 years professional experience with min 3 years in an agency
  • Languages: Native Japanese, Business or above English
